Dubai World Trade Centre Free Zone Formally Expanded To Include One Za'abeel

One Za'abeel, the landmark mixed-use property in Dubai's Central Business District, has now officially become part of the Dubai World Trade Centre Authority's (DWTCA) Free Zone.

This expansion was formalised with the enactment of Decree No. 18 of 2024, issued by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, in his capacity as the Ruler of Dubai.

This integration will now grant companies and organisations within this remarkable landmark mixed-use development access to host and feature the attractive benefits offered by the Free Zone.
